How do the Add-ons Work?
Simple, choose your reward level, then add to that pledge level (after shipping) the cost of each add-on you wish to receive. Then after the campaign ends you will be able to select which add-on items you want via Backerkit.

Why is shipping so expensive?
Dharker Studios is based in the UK and to keep our costs as low as possible we have to ship direct from our main office. Unfortunately the UK is currently in the process of leaving the EU and so we expect shipping tarifs outside of the UK to go up significantly. Sadly that means at the moment we have to charge what appears to be a large amount for shipping.
Please also note that shipping cost covers all the packaging to ensure the books are safely delivered undamaged, even if travelling a long distance e.g. to Brazil, America, Australia or even to Asia from the UK and covers the fees of kickstarter, whilst also being able to be counted towards stretch goals of the campaign.

What descriptors would you use for Paizuri Hotel?
This is tricky, because this is a publicly visible campaign so we cannot be too explicit, which is why images are censored on the campaign page. But Paizuri Hotel features a male protagonist following his story when he takes over the mysterious Pai Hotel.
Some descriptors for things that are included: Paizuri, Lingerie, Adult Scenes, Male & Female Nudity, Public Bath, Swimsuits, Yutaka, Multiple Partners, Threesome, Maid, Relationships, Mystery, Nurse. Among others.

What descriptors would you use for Yuuki's Fantasies?
Similarly tricky, but the four issues of Yuuki’s fantasies follow Yuuki as she engages in a few special events. The stories were designed as if the character Yuuki had drawn the comic herself to express some of her deepest fantasies.
Some descriptors for things that are included: Lingerie, Costumes, Couple, Threesome, Foursome, among others.

What is Swords of Edo about?
The Swords of Edo is a 145+ page colour graphic novel following a group of female warriors, set in an alternate modern world where the Samurai still exist and Japan is known simply as Edo and remains closed off to outsiders. In this semi-fuedal world the female warriors act as a police force for the many families and clans in Edo, answerable to noone but themselves.
The comic follows a series of four issues, which gradually tell a larger ongoing story. The first issue introduces the main characters, the second shows an uprising against the leader of Edo, the third follows the path the warriors take to stop a psychotic Ronin whilst the fourth deals with the consequences of all these events on the country of Edo until its conclusion.

What is Chibi Wars about?
Chibi Wars was originally created as a short 15 page parody of Swords of Edo, featuring the same characters but in ‘chibi’ form. As they battle against the undead when some tainted undies brings about the start of the apocalypse.
Since its original version, over the past three years we have gradually expanded the original story to a full 48 page colour comic which follows the Chibi-cars as they battle the undead through three issues to determine the fate of Edo once and for all.

Can I pay for items later?
Kickstarter charges backers when the campaign ends, to be part of the campaign and to view updates you need to pledge during the campaign, however after it ends you can then upgrade your pledge via Backerkit if you wish. However only funds pledged during kickstarter go towards Stretch Goals.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
